Flu shot vaccinations will be available at the Union Hall on October 28, 2014 from 12:00-7:00 pm. You and your spouse are encouraged to come. Others in your household including children are not permitted to obtain a flu shot at this location. You do not need to call to set up an appointment.
If you cannot make this appointment you can stop by any of the drug testing sites to get a flu shot. You must tell them you need a flu shot and are with Local 152, testing through Parkersburg-Marietta. You may be asked to show your dues card.
